This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $109,000 – $125,000 annually and provides an excellent opportunity for Registered Nurses looking to expand their careers in clinical research within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
  • Active and unrestricted New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License and Registration.
  • Approximately two (2) years of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical nursing practices, patient assessment, and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
  • Commitment to delivering safe, ethical, and patient-centered care throughout the research process.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience supporting clinical research studies or clinical trials.
  • Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Institutional Review Board (IRB) guidelines, and research protocols.
  • Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) or Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification.
