Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality and timely collection of youth data for the CAA Coach program (roster, retrospective surveys, focus groups if applicable).
  • Identify and address any barriers to high-quality data collection.
  • Oversee the tracking, receiving, organizing, and entry of data collected from host sites. This includes data cleaning within Salesforce and roster uploads to Salesforce.
  • Lead or support monthly data-monitoring calls with six regional programs teams to ensure timely and complete data collection.
  • Maintain documentation of data workflows, common errors, and corrective procedures.
  • Manage Salesforce data-cleaning processes (review error logs and correct or escalate issues).
  • Propose and implement improvements to data systems and tools to increase reliability and efficiency.
  • Organize and maintain RM&E tools, guides, and processes across digital platforms for ease of access and use by RM&E staff and the programs team.
  • Lead the creation of an annual impact report for internal review of all Coach and VISTA program data with the support of the Assistant National Director and an RM&E VISTA.
  • Track and distribute Host Site Data report requests.
  • Train program staff on RM&E tools, systems, and processes.
  • Update and refine RM&E training guides and materials for staff each program year.
  • Provide support to regional teams with troubleshooting or data-related questions that arise.
  • Support the Assistant Director of RM&E with adapting CAA’s portfolio of data collection tools.
  • Contribute to the design and development of new quantitative and qualitative data collection tools.
  • Manage Salesforce Data Cleaning and error message review/correction.
  • Ensure RM&E tools, guides, and processes are clearly organized across digital platforms to ensure clarity of the RM&E process for new RM&E staff and other CAA departments.
