The Research Lab Coordinator will be responsible for a number of tasks related to foundation-funded studies, some clinical science research studies and some on community-based interventions (e.g., programs, teens, families). The primary responsibilities for the Research Lab Coordinator are assisting Principal Investigators and the study team with all stages of the research, from IRB submission and maintenance, recruiting/enrolling participants, running with research study visits and administering surveys, and data entry and cleaning. Administrative and clerical tasks are also included, such as scheduling, note taking, other record keeping, database management, and purchasing office supplies and materials. The Research Lab Coordinator will work very closely with other project staff and community partners, and therefore must have excellent interpersonal skills. This position requires an in-person, flexible schedule and the ability to travel to various locations around metro Denver. The position is full-time and comes with University of Denver’s full benefits package. This is a one-year position. The ACCTION Team or Dr. Smith’s lab, where this position is located, is in the Department of Psychology and is dedicated to culturally responsive mental health interventions and assessments for Black, Indigenous, Latiné, and Multicultural youth with ADHD.
