About The Position

Just Capital is a nonprofit organization that is the leading platform for measuring and improving corporate performance. Our mission is to build an economy that works for all Americans by helping companies improve how they serve workers, customers, communities, the environment, and shareholders. We believe that business and markets can and must be a greater force for good and that by shifting the resources of the multi-trillion-dollar private sector, we can address systemic issues at scale, including income inequality and lack of opportunity. Guided by the priorities of the public, our research, rankings, indexes, and data-driven tools help measure and improve corporate performance in the economy. Our flagship product is America’s Most Just Companies, which is an annual ranking of companies in the Russell 1000 Index. The top 100 companies – or the Just 100 – are published annually through our partnership with CNBC. Just Capital is supported by some of the country's premier foundations, including the Ford Foundation and The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and has forged partnerships with an array of elite research institutions, including MIT, Stanford, and The Harris Poll. The organization is chaired by Dan Schulman, former President and CEO of PayPal, and is led by a high-profile board, including founding member Paul Tudor Jones.
