The Lindsay Laboratory in the Cardiovascular Research Center at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic postdoctoral Research Fellow to lead an array of collaborative studies to develop gene therapies for rare, genetically-triggered aortopathies and associated arteriopathies. The fellow will have a close working relationship with CVRC’s Lindsay Lab and the Musolino Laboratory in the Center for Genomic Medicine. Both labs are dedicated to the development and application of innovations in gene therapy technologies for rare vascular conditions. The candidate will be expected to have experience, or high capacity to learn, mammalian cell culture, CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing, murine modeling, and various molecular genetic techniques. The team will include the Principal Investigators and other faculty, postdoctoral fellows, and research technicians and technologists. In this position we are seeking a Research Fellow with the enthusiasm to develop projects that will contribute to diverse and highly collaborative research programs.
