About The Position

We are an applied research lab that conducts AI research and builds agentic products. We are a small company that trains our own models, builds our own infrastructure, and develops agents that substantially outperform those of big labs, with rapidly growing revenue. We are looking for people who are very smart and curious. An AI/CS background is welcome but not required. For example, we are open to recent graduates or current undergrads willing to take time off school from math/physics backgrounds. The basic rationale is that using agents, you don't have to know a lot to be effective. However, you do need to be curious and smart to keep learning from doing and from agents. We are very technical, and our customers are mostly in finance, so a technical background is necessary.
