Research Engineer III
About The Position
The Research Engineer - CFD plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our simulation capabilities. They develop and implement innovative techniques across various product platforms, driving strategic advantages and propelling our engineering prowess forward. They are experts in their field, mentors and guides engineers, and foster a collaborative environment where innovation thrives. They work on complex projects (flow and heat transfer/combustion/optimization/fluid structure interaction/vibroacoustic) with the design engineers towards improvement of product design. They also collaborate closely with cross-functional departments like R&D, Product Development, and Manufacturing to seamlessly integrate simulation into the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in combustion simulations, emission reduction and thermal efficiency enhancement along with a keen eye for detail.
