About The Position
Position Acts as a liaison between Intellectual Property lawyers and R&D and Technical at Inteplast. Objective is to develop and protect intellectual properties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering: Material Science, Mechanical, or Polymer a plus
- Engineering studies and research
- Excellent verbal/written skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
Responsibilities
- Identify potential patent or trademark opportunities
- Manage and maintain Inteplast's IP portfolio
- Advise on IP issues
- Advise on technical issues from production to end product
- Maintain certification and compliance in regard to oversight entities
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
