Responsibilities
- Research and update physician profiles on an ongoing cycle
- Create new profiles and prioritize updates as directed by leadership
- Ensure all information is accurate, current, and thoroughly documented
- Work through assigned physician lists systematically and independently
- Coordinate with team members via shared Google Sheets to track progress and avoid duplicate work
- Cover and reassign workloads as needed to maintain continuity
- Apply knowledge of medical terminology, specialties, and subspecialties to research and organize physician information
- Build and maintain accurate medical hierarchies within the database
