The Research Coordinator plans, coordinates, implements, and evaluates key Knowledge Institute projects and initiatives. They work with key informants, interest holders, and provincial partners and draw on the latest research evidence to develop quality standards, resources, products, strategies and processes that will inform practice and policy across Ontario’s community-based child and youth mental health, substance use health and addictions sector. The incumbent will have demonstrated experience in applied research coordination, project management, and evaluation; excellent communication skills (both verbal and written); excellent presentation and networking skills; and a demonstrated ability to develop strong partnerships with researchers, agency leaders, service providers, young people and family members to ensure the successful execution of community-driven projects and initiatives.
