The Research Coordinator drives research activities across Changent by connecting priorities with internal and external research initiatives. This role coordinates research projects, supports research partnerships, and helps to organize activities across Changent so research needs, projects, and findings are visible, connected, and informed by organizational priorities. Serving as a central point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external research partners, the Research Coordinator brings together research findings, business needs, and strategic priorities. This role supports the synthesis and communication of research insights to inform enterprise-wide decisions about performance and prospects. While communication, coordination, and partnership support are key aspects of the role, the Research Coordinator may contribute to research, evaluation, analysis, synthesis, and written knowledge products based on project needs, workload, and area of expertise.
