Our client is a company that partners with industry leading teams to conduct studies aimed at advancing scientific knowledge and research and development. They have recruited participants for an in-person study on human communication, focusing on aspects of speech and hearing, such as articulation and timing and are now looking for study moderators to help administer the study. Study moderators serve as the primary on-site point person for managing the end-to-end participant experience, from check-in to setup and data collection. You will guide participants through study protocols, monitor session quality, and act as the first point of contact for any troubleshooting. This role requires attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and a professional demeanor to ensure a smooth, reliable data collection process for every session. The role will be fulltime for 3-6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs. Participation involves sitting at a computer and reading different words and sentences as they appear on screen. Each moderator will be responsible for managing multiple participants at time under the supervision of the Study Lead who will be on site and provide training and support.
