About The Position

OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center is Oklahoma’s only National Cancer Institute (NCI)-Designated Cancer Center. This role supports innovative projects at the Health Promotion Research Center. The Research Coordinator will play a hands-on part in advancing research by planning, designing, conducting, and analyzing scientific experiments in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is NOT A BIOMEDICAL POSITION, making it an ideal fit for candidates who love research, problem solving, and scientific process but prefer not to work in a clinical or biological lab setting. This position is for candidates who are detail-oriented, curious, and excited to contribute to impactful research at a leading cancer center.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 48 months of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree (total of 72 months experience).
  • 24 months research or laboratory experience.
  • Must be detail-oriented, curious, and excited to contribute to impactful research.

Responsibilities

  • Support innovative projects at the Health Promotion Research Center.
  • Plan, design, conduct, and analyze scientific experiments.
  • Keep studies running smoothly.
  • Ensure accuracy of research data.
