Join our BSC- Psychology department as a Research Coordinator I, where you’ll play a key role in supporting innovative human subjects research while collaborating with faculty, clinicians, and trainees. In this role, you’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of research studies from helping recruit and screen participants to supporting data collection, managing databases, and ensuring studies stay on track and compliant with regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with investigators to coordinate study activities, track progress, and contribute to reports and presentations that help move research forward. Beyond research, you’ll also be an important part of the day-to-day operations of the department. This includes helping coordinate meetings, maintaining departmental records, tracking program outcomes, and supporting quality improvement and program evaluation efforts. You’ll also assist with onboarding and training activities while helping keep communication flowing across a collaborative and mission-driven team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of research coordination, data management, and team collaboration in a structured Monday–Friday schedule.
