The Gensler Research Institute is seeking a Research Communications Strategist onsite in our Washington, DC office to help shape, develop, and deliver communications for some of the firm's most important research initiatives. This role is equal parts strategist, writer, and project manager. Working closely with research leaders, analysts, and designers, you'll help transform research findings into clear, compelling stories and communications campaigns that reach internal and external audiences. You'll serve as a thought partner throughout the process—helping refine messages, identify opportunities, develop content, and guide projects from early ideas through launch. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys connecting the dots between research, storytelling, and execution. One day you might be helping a research lead shape the narrative for a new report; the next, you might be editing content, coordinating reviews, managing timelines, or planning how findings will be shared across channels.
