Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science, Chemistry, Macro-Molecular Science or related field of study
• 2 - 6 years of experience in product development or improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for recording, organizing and graphical analysis of data
• Familiar with word processor, email, and PowerPoint type software

Responsibilities

• Formulate new products for existing business or new opportunities
• Conduct assigned research projects
• Search literature, patents and survey’s expertise in-house for technical solutions and options
• Collect and summarizes data and writes summary reports
• Able to present detailed results of work in an organized manner to teams and internal groups
• Understand customer/product requirements and apply understanding to tasks/projects
• Proficient in basic laboratory experimental methods
• Familiar with Basic Experimental Design and analysis of results
