The Research Assistant provides direct support on a project aimed at developing a youth-centred model of care for opioid agonist treatment in British Columbia. This phase of the project involves disseminating and validating the model of care with service providers across various Foundry centers across the province, with guidance from a youth and family advisory committee. The Research Assistant will support the research team with planning community presentations and workshops with service providers to distribute and validate the youth-centred OAT model of care, review and incorporate the findings from the presentations and workshops into the final model and, attend youth and family advisory committee meetings with the research team. The Research Assistant will also support the research team with any planned knowledge translation activities resulting from this work. They will receive direct support and supervision from the Research Coordinator and Principal Investigator.
