About The Position

MD Analytics is seeking a motivated Research Associate to join their team. This entry-level, fully remote role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional passionate about market research, particularly within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. The Research Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple market research projects throughout their lifecycle, including quality control for scripting, managing fieldwork, creating data table/analysis plans, overseeing data table setup and coding, performing basic statistical analyses, and report development. Candidates must be comfortable working from home full-time and engaging in a remote work culture. The role offers opportunities for career development in market research, with reporting to the Associate VP.

Requirements

Knowledge of research and statistical methods
Ability to work independently and self-manage time
Excellent written and communication skills
Proven skills in critical thinking, attention to detail, and meeting or exceeding deadlines
Fully bilingual (English/French)
Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Familiarity in SPSS, R or other equivalent statistical software packages
A university degree is required

Nice To Haves

Experience working with quantitative research methodologies
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare-related marketing research
A focus in marketing, health sciences, statistics, or other relevant discipline is preferred
