Our client is seeking a Research Associate to join their Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL Core) team in New York City. As a Research Associate you will support the MEL core and collaborate with other internal and external teams on a variety of new and existing research initiatives. You will support projects, that will vary in nature depending on priorities set by leadership at a given time, ranging from data collection with children and parents, literature searches and behavioral data analysis, research project development and implementation. Furthermore, you will collaborate with others to produce and disseminate publications. This full-time, hybrid position requires a minimum of four (4) days per week in the office, on a schedule determined by your supervisor in the NYC headquarters office. The in-office requirement and schedule are subject to change based on the needs of the program and the organization. This role may require occasional evening or weekend hours to accommodate research participant schedules, and may require site visits to other CMI offices for training purposes. Our client is dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families struggling with mental health and learning disorders by giving them the help they need. They have become the leading independent nonprofit in children's mental health by providing gold-standard evidence-based care, delivering educational resources to millions of families each year, training educators in underserved communities, and developing tomorrow's breakthrough treatments.
