About The Position

Support research initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help improve business decisions, healthcare outcomes, customer experience, or retail operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of SQL, R, Python, or SAS is often preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with survey design and statistical testing.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets.
• Perform statistical analyses and create reports or dashboards.
• Review market trends, customer behavior, or healthcare data.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as data science, merchandising, pharmacy, marketing, or product management.
• Maintain data accuracy and comply with privacy and regulatory requirements.
