About The Position

As a Research Associate on the Lab Sci team, you will work independently in the day-to-day laboratory operations and collect and review data for the Laboratory Sciences department. You will support the activities of various service groups including ligand binding, flow cytometry, molecular biology, and LCMS/MS, as needed. You will participate in the creation of study worksheets, SOPs, and other controlled documents as assigned. You will also provide support for general laboratory equipment and maintenance as assigned.

Requirements

• Associates degree in scientific discipline or equivalent education and laboratory experience
• 1-3 years relevant laboratory experience.
• Basic to Intermediate computer skills.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Laboratory Maintenance (cleaning, ordering supplies, equipment PM, etc.).
• Collect and organize laboratory data according to the appropriate oversight document (ex: Protocol, Analytical Study Plan, SOPs).
• Create and/or revise SOP and SOP forms.
• Work independently in study-related tasks.
• Perform quality control review of laboratory and study records.
• Assist with method development activities.
