Requirements

Responsibilities

• Design experimental protocols with minimal supervision; conduct bench experiments, make detailed observations, and analyze data.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses while maintaining complete and accurate records.
• Analyze data to solve problems of diverse scope and suggest creative solutions to improve work processes and the laboratory environment.
• Select methods and techniques using judgment within generally defined practices to obtain effective solutions.
• Participate productively in cross-functional technical teams, including failure investigation teams, and provide input to project planning.
• Train others in areas of expertise, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present experimental procedures and results to group and project teams.
• Monitor work to ensure quality and continuously promote Quality First Time principles.
