About The Position

SystImmune is seeking a Research Associate II or Senior Research Associate to join the AIDD Protein Science Automation team in Bothell, WA. This is a newly created position established to benchmark and operate the company’s antibody screening workflow. The Research Associate will provide the experimental capacity to run cell-free antibody and protein expression, purification, primary screening, and candidate confirmation, while generating reproducible protocols that can be transferred to automation. This role is focused on wet-lab experimentation in protein science and assay development. The RA will contribute to setting up and building out the new automation wet lab. The successful candidate will independently execute reproducible cell-free protein synthesis, purification, and assay workflows with defined controls and SOPs. You will own routine screening batches, deliver consistent candidate data, and transfer validated methods to automation.
