About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join the Synthetic Molecule Analytical Chemistry team. This role involves characterization of drug substances (small molecules, peptides, and oligonucleotides), development and execution of analytical methods, and data interpretation to support drug discovery and process development.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with HPLC and chromatography techniques
- Knowledge of analytical chemistry principles and data analysis
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment
- BS/MS in Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, or Chemical Engineering
- 0–3 years of experience (pharmaceutical industry preferred)
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with techniques such as UHPLC-MS, GC, UV, KF, CAD
- Knowledge of pharmaceutics, solid-state characterization, or drug discovery is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute analytical methods, including chiral and achiral HPLC
- Perform testing and characterization of drug substances and delivery systems
- Analyze, interpret, and document experimental data in lab notebooks
- Troubleshoot analytical and technical issues
- Support method development and new technology evaluation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in drug discovery and process chemistry
