About The Position

Comagine Health’s Research and Evaluation Team is looking for a thoughtful and passionate individual to join our team as a Research Associate I. This role is a part of the Research and Evaluation Team, providing coordination and other support on research studies and evaluation projects. We are looking for someone with experience and interest supporting research and program implementation and evaluation projects. Requirements

  • BA / BS in a related field.
  • Experience with data collection and analysis using standard software tools.
  • Experience in providing coordination support on research and/or evaluation projects in an academic, community, or government setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow established protocols and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to provide coordination support on research and/or evaluation projects
  • Ability to support qualitative and qualitative data collection and analysis activities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Demonstrated experience and skill in word processing, basic spreadsheet, and presentation software applications; familiarity with database software programs (Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing demands, priorities, and timelines
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work under deadlines, and produce error free products
  • Demonstrated ability to work with both internal and external partners in a team environment
  • Effective time management and coordination skills

Responsibilities

  • Performs standardized research and evaluation activities under leadership supervision, including developing project materials, coordinating data collection activities, and supporting dissemination
  • Performs standardized support tasks for research and evaluation activities, including organizing project materials, taking meeting minutes, and keeping logs of compliance related documents
  • Conducts supervised data collection, which could include surveys, interviews, field observations, site visits and focus groups
  • Contributes to analysis and reporting under leadership supervision; may include quantitative and qualitative data and data visualization techniques
