About The Position

The Research Associate I will spend the day executing laboratory experiments in support of sustaining and product support activities, following established protocols under the guidance of senior scientists. They prepare pilots, operate standard lab equipment, and document results in real time, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards. Throughout the day, they analyze and compile data, flag any anomalies, and collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues. They also maintain detailed lab notebooks and contribute to improving routine processes, while supporting multiple ongoing projects of limited scope and complexity.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry, immunology, cell biology, chemistry, or related life science field.
0–2 years of laboratory or research experience with hands-on exposure to basic experimental techniques.
Working knowledge of experimental design and ability to follow established protocols with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with standard lab equipment and basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
Familiarity in using AI-enabled tools for data organization, pattern recognition, and workflow efficiency.
Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under supervision and collaborate within a team.
