Research Associate I - Immunoanalysis
About The Position
Meadowhawk Biolabs is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Research Associate to work within the non-GLP Immunoanalytical and Molecular Assays Team at our Marlborough, MA location to perform Ligand Binding Assays (LBA), molecular assays, and flow cytometry in a fast-paced team environment. The ideal candidate is driven, hardworking, willing to learn, dedicated, and passionate about science. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or another related scientific field.
- Experience in ELISA/plate-based assays
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with MSD platform
- Prior experience with spectrophotometers and MSD workstations
Responsibilities
- Execute routine lab procedures for analysis of large molecules such as antibodies, ADCs, therapeutic proteins and cytokines from complex biological matrices
- Develop basic skills for operation of platforms such as ELISA, MSD, PCR, and flow cytometry for quantitative analysis
- Utilize analytical software to process data and evaluate results
- Prepare and review data summaries for submission to clients
- Participate in efforts to improve processes and streamline procedures
- Proactively communicate analytical results and study status with Principal Investigator
- Collaborate with colleagues at all levels within and across departments
- Perform all other related duties as assigned
