About The Position
Brandeis University seeks to hire a temporary Research Assistant to work on completing manuscripts. The work that remains to be done is complex computation and programming, all oriented toward completing some much-needed analyses having to do with the real-time neural population dynamics of taste processing. This is a temporary position, up to 8 hours a week through 12/31/2026.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Expert programming (Python) skill
- Ability to interact at a high level with collaborators and critics
- Excellent time-management skills.
Nice To Haves
- PhD preferred
- 5-8 years relevant work experience
Responsibilities
- Complete reviewer-requested analyses for an in-press paper.
- Perform extensive analyses for an in-prep manuscript.
