About The Position

Our GUR-funded pilot study explores how existing professional learning communities and instructional coaching can support educators working with multilingual learners, and how a coaching framework can be refined based on teachers’ everyday experiences and needs. We hope the study will generate practical insights for our partner school and contribute useful knowledge for educators and researchers in multilingual education. We are seeking a UD undergraduate student to join our research team for the 2026 to 2027 academic year. This position offers hands-on experience with qualitative educational research and the opportunity to learn how collaborative research is conducted in partnership with a local school. The student will work closely with the research team and receive training in project-specific research procedures.
