About The Position
The College of IST is seeking applicants for a part-time job of Research Assistant. The Research Assistant will support the development and improvement of cybersecurity courses, instructional materials, and hands-on lab activities. Duties may include researching current cybersecurity tools and practices, testing and documenting lab exercises, developing sample code or technical instructions, reviewing course materials, and assisting with the evaluation of new technologies for use in the curriculum.
Requirements
- Experience or coursework in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Strong technical problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work collaboratively
