The Research Assistant will work on distinct clinical research projects in the Pediatric Research Program. The Research Assistant will be responsible for recruiting, enrolling, following, and scheduling study patients, administering study questionnaires, performing semi-structured interviews or leading focus groups with patients/families, maintaining inventory of lab supplies for studies involving diabetes devices, collecting medical data from patients’ medical records, assisting with data entry, management, and analysis, and assisting with the preparation of oral presentations and written research reports. The role also involves attending weekly research team meetings. As a health care organization, Beth Israel Lahey Health requires that all staff be vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment.
