A professional, multi-skilled person dedicated to assisting in all aspects of compliance review sample selection, medical record retrieval, and research into regulatory guidance relevant to professional billing.
Requirements
- 1 year Medical Billing or healthcare related field required
- 1 year Physicians office or hospital Setting required
- 1 year Working Experience with Excel required
- High School Diploma or GED required
Responsibilities
- Trace, retrieve medical record charts.
- Develop, maintain and modify spreadsheets to store data as necessary.
- Sort charge universes via Microsoft Excel and other random sample selection tools.
- Accurately number and select samples for compliance reviews.
- Assist compliance analysts with completion of work papers.
- Gather, compile and organize data for special projects.
