The Alenghat Lab at Cincinnati Children’s is seeking a motivated Research Assistant to join our dynamic team investigating epithelial and immune cell homeostasis in the context of intestinal health and disease. Our research focuses on uncovering molecular mechanisms—including epigenomic pathways—that regulate host-microbiota interactions and influence innate immunity and chronic conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease. We are particularly interested in candidates with hands-on experience in immunology and mouse models, including transgenic techniques and flow cytometry, to support our efforts in advancing translational insights into intestinal immune regulation.
