About The Position

The Nursing department's Gero-Starr grant is seeking a graduate research assistant who is highly motivated and able to work independently. This position will work with quantitative data analysis and prepare manuscripts under faculty guidance. Hours will be dependent on needs of the grant and student availability. This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Requirements

  • BS in Nursing
  • Unencumbered ND RN License
  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
  • Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Quantitative data analysis experience
  • SPSS software experience
  • Manuscript preparation experience

Responsibilities

  • Data entry and analysis using SPSS (with faculty guidance)
  • Assist with reporting of findings and preparation of research reports
  • Preparation of program report components (with faculty guidance)
