About The Position

Position Highlights: Position: Research Assistant-Dermatology Location: Skokie, IL Full Time Hours: Monday-Friday, standard business hours What you will do: Perform all required duties for recruiting, enrolling and following patients on clinical trials. Adherence to all local, state and federal research regulations Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all studies. Assist with IRB processing and submissions, including both Local and Central IRB. Assist sponsors with on-site and remote visits and data queries. Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, financial tasks, organizing, etc. Obtain consent and specimens, administer exams and questionnaires, enter computer data into files, abstract charts, assist with other study duties as required. Assist in identifying, recruiting and enrolling patients for clinical studies. Be responsible and accountable for assessing, implementing and evaluating the delivery of subject/patient care while fulfilling the daily requirements of medical research protocols Phlebotomy (training provided, if needed), processing and shipping lab specimens and performing ECG's in clinic

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Experience: Research experience preferred
