The Research & Evaluation Analyst (REA) supports the design and execution of research and evaluation projects that inform program and policy decision-making. This role contributes to all phases of the evaluation and analytics process, including framing evaluation questions, preparing and analyzing data, and developing reports and visualizations. The REA works collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and subject matter experts to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. This role is well-suited for individuals who are comfortable working with real-world data, interested in applied evaluation and analytics, and motivated to contribute to projects that improve outcomes across human services systems. The REA plays a key supporting role on project teams, contributing to the development of analyses and deliverables while building experience across the full lifecycle of evaluation and analytics projects. This position offers the opportunity to work on a range of engagements with government, nonprofit, and philanthropic clients focused on improving outcomes and advancing equity.
