About The Position

The Intern students will gain real-world work experience in their academic interest. During the program, interns will work with an established software engineering team to actively contribute to an existing product or internal project. Students will meet daily with the existing engineering team and will participate in team activities such as work planning, standups, tracking work assignments and retrospectives. This position is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities evolving to meet business needs and enable individual growth.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited U.S. College or University
  • GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Previous experience in computer science or cybersecurity classes
  • Extracurricular experience participating in Cybersecurity or Programming Competitions
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, Java, Shell, or other comparable programming languages
  • Strong verbal/written communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of the Linux operating system

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the Linux operating system
  • An understanding of version control with Git is a plus
  • Previous employment (summer or part-time work) is a plus
