About The Position

The Research and Development Associate will support tissue enhanced delivery platform development and portfolio programs. This role involves processing animal tissues for protein analysis and nucleic acid extraction, performing MSD and PCR-based methods for bioanalytical analyses, and conducting cell-based functional assays to characterize biotherapeutics. The associate will also be responsible for establishing SOPs and adapting new protocols from literature, while maintaining an electronic laboratory notebook.

Requirements

• 1 years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry/post-bachelor s research
• Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques (qPCR/ddPCR, ELISA, Western Blot, etc.)
• Ability to independently execute experiments and analyze data
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to productively collaborate in cross-functional and matrixed teams

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with animal tissue processing
• Previous experience with ELISA or MSD assays
• Previous experience with mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays
