About The Position

Our client, a leading organization in the consumer products industry, is seeking a Research & Development Assistant to support product testing activities within their laboratory environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, following detailed procedures, and contributing to the development and testing of innovative products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with measurements and data, and eager to support a collaborative R&D team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable using computers for data entry and documentation
• Basic math skills and ability to work with measurements
• Experience using measuring tools such as: Rulers, Measuring tapes, Calipers, Scales
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct product testing in a laboratory setting
• Follow established testing procedures and work instructions
• Take accurate measurements and record test results
• Enter and maintain testing data using computer systems
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
• Assist with additional research and development activities as needed
• Support department goals by completing assigned tasks accurately and on time
