Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required
Preference in social sciences, applied statistics or other research-oriented field
Technical background with an analytical mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Candidates must live in the Lincoln, Nebraska and surrounding areas

Nice To Haves

SQL experience is preferred
Tableau experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Managing multiple projects
Developing reporting deliverables
Conducting data analysis using SQL, Excel, statistical analysis software, and other proprietary tools
Producing established and recurring custom reports for customers
Investigating and resolving data discrepancies
Analyzing data and determining conclusions based on findings
Ensuring exceptional customer experience with internal and external customers by assisting with education on guidelines, background and best practices
Communicating complex statistical knowledge and processes to stakeholders
Assisting customers in applying basic performance improvement techniques
