Research Analyst - Cundill Centre Research
About The Position
The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is seeking a full-time, contract (12 months) Research Analyst to support a 4-year research study focused on youth and adolescents with mental health multimorbidity. This project aims to deepen the understanding of the pathways of youth seeking mental health care during key developmental transition points. The study will involve sampling from diverse clinical services, standardized data collection, and deep phenotyping of select clinical cohorts of youth (aged 11-24 years), and will support modular clinical trials. The Research Analyst will contribute to a healthy workplace that values diversity, teamwork, and compliance with all applicable CAMH policies and regulatory requirements. This position requires evening and weekend shifts and is primarily located at the 1001 Queen Street site, with travel between sites as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in scheduling human participant interviews
- Experience in recruiting and screening research participants
- Experience leading the informed consent process
- Experience administering structured diagnostic interviews, clinical scales, and cognitive testing
- Experience preparing and maintaining participant study records and documentation
- Experience with data entry and database maintenance
- Experience preparing data for presentations and peer-reviewed research papers
- Ability to support a healthy workplace that embraces diversity, encourages teamwork and complies with all applicable CAMH policies, as well as all regulatory and legislative requirements
- Evening and weekend shifts required
- Travel between sites as required
Responsibilities
- Scheduling human participant interviews
