About The Position

We are seeking a Requirements Evaluation & Design (RED) Team Lead to join our team supporting DISA JSP ETM in Arlington, VA. This role involves overseeing the management and execution of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) within the IT infrastructure and Network Architecture domain. The Team Lead will coordinate with government stakeholders, analyze requirements, develop technical solutions, and ensure timely delivery of ECPs. Responsibilities include assisting customers in formulating network requirements, preparing service tickets, engaging with COR and ACOR to clarify requirements, and developing proposed technical solutions, schedules, and cost estimates for ECPs. The role also requires managing separate workflows for regular-priority and expedited ECPs, ensuring accurate cost breakdowns, tracking ECP status, maintaining documentation archives, and providing monthly status reports to Government stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess expert managerial, leadership, and communication skills, outstanding mathematics and IT abilities, proficiency in preparing detailed cost estimate reports and relevant software tools like MS Office, and proven self-management and team-management skills.

Requirements

5+ years as a Lead Project Manager.
5+ years in DoD IT environment.
Project Management Professional Certification
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field (required)
Must possess a Secret clearance
Must possess expert managerial, leadership and communication skills.
Outstanding mathematics and IT abilities.
Proficient in preparing detailed cost estimate reports.
Proficient in relevant software tools including MS Office.
Proven self-management and team-management skills.

Responsibilities

Oversees the management and execution of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) within the IT infrastructure and Network Architecture domain.
Coordinating with government stakeholders, analyzing requirements, developing technical solutions, and ensuring timely delivery of ECPs.
Assist JSP customers in formulating network requirements and preparing service tickets.
Engage with COR and ACOR to clarify requirements and develop proposed technical solutions, schedules, and cost estimates for ECPs.
Manage two separate workflows for regular-priority and expedited ECPs, ensuring timely completion within specified timelines.
Ensure accurate breakdown of labor, hardware, software, and services in cost estimates.
Manage and track the status of all ECPs, maintaining an archive of ECP documentation for reference.
Provide monthly reports on ECP status to Government stakeholders.
Develop proposed technical solutions for ECPs based on analyzed requirements.
Initiate closeout process post-installation of requested services.
