KEY RESPONSIBILITIES DOCUMENT PRODUCTION & MANAGEMENT Operate reprographic equipment including large‑format printers, scanners, copiers, and plotters. Print, scan, bind, and reproduce construction drawings, blueprints, and project documents according to specifications. Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and meet quality standards before distribution. Manage digital files, including naming conventions, file conversions (PDF, TIFF, DWG, etc.), and organization within document control systems. EQUIPMENT OPERATION & MAINTENANCE Perform routine maintenance on reprographics equipment to ensure consistent performance. Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate service or repairs with vendors. Maintain inventory of paper, toner, ink, and other supplies. CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMMUNICATION Work closely with project managers, estimators, engineers, and field teams to fulfill printing and reprographic requests. Provide timelines for print jobs and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Assist employees with document formatting, print settings, and file preparation needs. QUALITY CONTROL Review drawings for legibility, scale, and formatting accuracy. Verify that reproduction matches original files or specifications. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive project documents.
