About The Position

Rassas is a limited liability company based in Riyadh and completely owned by Tasnee. An exciting opportunity is available for (Representative VI, Rassas Recycling) based in Riyadh - KSA. Who will report directly to Section Head, Rassas Recycling. This role receives and processes non-routine customer inquiries and/or complaints covering products and services. The position proactively maintains an ongoing relationship with key customers and sales staff and may handle multiple product markets.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma Level Education and qualification.
• 0-2 years of experience or more in similar field.
• Valid driving license to drive the medium truck.
• Knowledge of the geographical area in western, central and eastern provinces.
• Ability to read and write.
• Market Intelligence.
• Deal customer.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of company product lines, product features and attributes, existing markets and market-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as first referral point for escalated customer calls to ensure the handling of routine customer complaints is met.
• Serve as a communication link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness.
• Assist with research into a variety of customer complaints and issues to obtain a resolution.
• Track order activity and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.
• Complete reports and documentation as required.
• Follow up on internal and external complaints.
• Participate in team projects.
• Identify and share continuous improvement ideas that enhance customer requirements.
