About The Position

The Vendor Recovery Representative will communicate directly with vendors by phone to secure refunds for our clients. This position is also responsible for maintaining recovery notes in our CRM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Customer/client service experience.
• Must be results-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be very organized, with excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
• Solid 10-key and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication skills via phone and email.
• Active listening skills are necessary to understand the vendor.
• Be able to explain procedures to vendors.
• Professional presence, strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills including Excel
• This position is an in-office position and is not eligible for remote work.
• Candidates should live close enough to commute daily to our office in Kerrville, TX.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using Salesforce and/or Financialforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place calls to vendors and clients.
• Assist department in obtaining monthly collection goals.
• Good phone etiquette.
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendor’s leaders on a consistent basis.
• Build and foster effective vendor and client relationships.
• Effectively communicate vendor activity to department manager to mitigate potential issues.
• Accurately document pertinent recovery details and activity performed in the CRM.
• Assist in other office tasks as assigned or needed.
