Our Claims Recovery team is a pivotal part in securing funds owed to the company and its customers by navigating subrogation processes with adverse carriers, uninsured parties, and liable organizations. Success in this position requires strong analytical and investigative abilities, effective negotiation skills, and a thorough understanding of state-specific legal and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant and efficient recovery efforts. How You Will Create an Impact Perform subrogation for claims, including demands, settlements, recovery, arbitration/litigation assessment, and vendor coordination. Ensures to review files thoroughly before Subro Litigation Prepare and process i nter-company arbitration and subrogation litigation, optimize recovery with vendors, and check compliance with company standards. Learns and applies knowledge of state negligence laws and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to identify recovery opportunities and assess claims exposure analytically. Work productively, both alone and in teams, to enhance subrogation outcomes. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of relevant state laws, statutes, compliance regulations, and internal procedures for assigned inventory or region. Coordinate with judicial agencies to secure ordered restitution across states. Support Claims staff during catastrophes or high-demand periods. Requirements
