About The Position

The Representative, Payment Services supports the end-to-end payment process by ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time. The role manages invoice data, monitors workflows, contributes to process improvements, and assists with system enhancements while building experience in accounts payable and purchase-to-pay operations. The position is based in Orrville, Ohio, with a hybrid work arrangement and a 35% in-office expectation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload amid changing deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Desire to develop a broad understanding of the purchase-to-pay process and detailed transactional knowledge.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using Oracle ERP and/or related Cloud solutions.
• Experience using OCR (Optical Character Recognition).
• Basic understanding of invoice and purchase order (PO) structure.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices daily in third-party operating systems, accurately capturing vendor details, invoice numbers, dates, payment terms, tax treatment, and coding.
• Monitor invoice workflow queues to meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement of processes, systems, and general ways of working.
• Assist with testing or implementation of system enhancements related to invoice processing and automation.
