Requirements

• Highly proficient computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office products, Must have a good command of Excel functions.
• Bank or GL Account reconciliation experience

Responsibilities

• Post payments for the Loan Servicing Department (ACH, Credit Card, Lockbox, Wires, Site Monies)
• Prepare upgrade list to distribute to the loan servicing team for processing.
• Have a great understanding of the upgrade process and the necessary adjustments between various investors.
• Process upgrades and cancellations.
• Handles escalated calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare Amortization schedules for customer satisfaction (SCRA, posting adjustments)
• Balance weekly upgrades and cancellations between various servicing systems
• Prepare and review check requests to assure accuracy prior to submitting for approval.
• Research adjustment requests for accuracy and coordinate posting.
• Assist all members of the Loan Servicing staff with daily processes and procedures when required.
• Carry out any reasonable request by management which the employee is capable of performing.
