About The Position

ADP is seeking an Account Executive, Major Accounts Sales. In this role, you will grow your own book of business while being backed by experienced sales leadership, award-winning training programs, clear career paths, and industry-leading compensation and benefits. Sales teams are at the heart of ADP’s success, earning client trust, solving complex business challenges, and building long-term partnerships. As an Account Executive, Core Major Accounts, you will be responsible for driving net-new business by identifying, engaging, and closing strategic Human Capital Management (HCM) opportunities within organizations of 50–999 employees. This is a true hunter role focused on new logo acquisition, full-cycle sales ownership, and consultative selling at the executive level.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a hunter or new-business role.
  • Proven success prospecting into the C-suite and consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
  • Strong discovery skills with the ability to challenge prospects and influence change.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
  • Experience selling complex, consultative solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in a collaborative, team-selling environment.
  • Proficiency using CRM tools to manage pipeline and forecasting.
  • Strong work ethic, motivation, and leadership presence.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable access to a personal vehicle are required for this field-based role.
  • Proficiency in French (spoken and written) is required.
  • Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of HCM, SaaS, or ADP competitors is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through close.
  • Consistently attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals.
  • Develop and execute an annual territory and business plan aligned to growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strategic account plans outlining prospect needs, opportunities, and competitive strategy.
  • Generate a strong, sustainable pipeline through proactive prospecting and market penetration.
  • Sell ADP’s full portfolio of 40+ HCM products and services to C-suite and senior decision-makers.
  • Leverage CRM and sales automation tools to forecast accurately and manage performance.
  • Identify competitive threats and position ADP’s differentiated value to increase market share.
  • Partner effectively with internal teams to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
