About The Position

As the first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and support. This position involves handling sales transactions, daily banking reports, and purchasing tasks, while fostering strong relationships with current and prospective customers. You’ll also ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and support branch operations as needed.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of successful retail, business, accounting, or sales experience
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills
• A desire to succeed in a stable and growing company
• Authorized to work in Canada

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer’s first point of contact when shopping in-store or calling the branch
• Completing sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation reports, and purchasing
• Provide world class support and build strong, long term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers
• Comply with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation
• Other duties as required
